Shah Rukh's and the PM's influence

Shahrukh Khan is more influential than our Prime Minister. Comment.

Shahrukh Khan is the most popular star of Indian cinema. He is a man who is the darling of the masses. He is popular amongst all the age groups, from a kid to an old man. People watch his films and adore his acting. I strongly feel that he is much more popular than our Prime Minister. If you ask a 3 year old child about Shah Rukh’s movies the child is bound to answer but if the child is asked about the assignments of the PM I really doubt if he will be able to answer. Through his movies Shah Rukh Khan has managed to get attention from the crowd. People associate themselves with the characters he plays in his movies and hence love him for it. On the contrary a common man is not able to associate himself with the roles of a PM. Hence the PM is not given as much importance as Shah Rukh is given.

If Shah Rukh advertises for Pepsi the common man who go and try Pepsi for sure as they associate themselves with him but if our PM does the same thing people will find it strange.

We are all interested in knowing how many children Shah Rukh Khan has but do we know how many children the PM has? Are we even interested in knowing it? Definitely no.

I think the impact of Indian cinema and the stars in cinema is much higher than the politicians. This is something that the stars need to capitalise on and practice and preach good things to the nation so that our younger generation learns good things and work for the betterment of the nation.
